MOUNTED TYPE GARDEN SPRAYER

► The injected fluid and the distance of the desired surface to redirect the beam angle adjustments are equipped with spraying with a gun. While the Tractor running, the spray gun has the power to spray tall trees. Sprayers size are designed for narrow area, low and high trees that it is able to maneuver easily among the trees. Garden sprayers are used in agricultural areas and also used in the washing and disinfecting of the coop in the barn.

► Mounted type AGROSE garden sprayers are connecting with 3 points to tractor hydraulic arms. This models of tank capacity are 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 litre.

► All the sprayers were equipped with  MERTSAN branded aganist to abrasion-resistant spraying pump which have various capacities 2, 3 or 4 piston hydraulic membrane.

► On the machinery have  standard equipment,1pcs hose reel, 1 pcs 25  mt. hose,   and 1pcs  pistol.

TANK

► Polyethylene tanks  produced with the  AGROSE technology; which are manufactured to be resistant to ultraviolet rays, corrosion and negative effects of pesticides. Therefore, it does not form bacteria and algae on the tank surface.

► The hydraulic mixing system blends easily into the water with pesticides. The injector with suction on the machine helps the pesticide take to be filled in a very short time.

► The water level indicator can be seen  easily,  by the user during filling and emptying.

► The clean water tank is optionally offered independently of the main tanks. Optionally, you can add a clean water tank to all your machines.

PUMP

► For spraying machines used in small-scale vineyards, gardens, greenhouses and similar areas, high pressure MERTSAN branded MTS-230 N and MTS-371 T/S pumps with 2 or 3 membranes are used.

► This pumps are externally manifould, surfaces in covered with the phpslate and against corrosion resistant. The valve stamps and covers are stainless steel.

► All machinery work with connect to tractor power take off intermediate propelller shaft.

CHASSIS

► The profiles used are of ST37 material and are produced from products with high strength and durability.

► In order to increase the durability of the chassis and to ensure its longevity; firstly electrostatic powder paint is applied to the chassis, and then the chassis is baked to allow the paint to penetrate the chassis.

PİSTOL AND HOSE

► All of the  AGROSE spray guns made parts of chrome-coated brass, the injector plaques are made of stainless steel. Due to this feature, blocking caused by corrosion does not occur in paint guns. The spraying angle and flow can be adjusted easily thanks to the comfortable handle. The spraying distance change between 5-15 meters depending on the appropriate pressure and plate diameter.

► 1 pcs pistol, 1 pcs 25  mt. hose (10 mm of 90 bar) and 1 pcs hose reel are standard equipment of sprayers. Our company have 4 different type pistol this are: long pistol, long trigger pistol, short pistol, short trigger pistol.

AREAS OF USAGE

► It can be used on vineyards, gardens, greenhouse and garden plants agains infested pests and diseases.

► It can be used liquid and water soluble fertilizer.
